Our Attorneys

Kevin serves as Of Counsel with Littman Krooks LLP. Kevin focuses his practice on special education advocacy and due process. He has great compassion and knowledge on serving students with learning disabilities and helping to ensure the right placement and services.

Previously, he worked as the Head of School at The Kildonan School, in Amenia, New York which served students with dyslexia and other language-based learning disabilities. Prior to that, Mr. Pendergast was an editor at Oxford University Press. He has handled special education hearings and advocacy for students.

Kevin received his JD from Case Western School of Law where he published a note on the special education burden of proof and also has a Master’s degree from Fordham University.
